Shipping + Returns
All Purple Buddha Project products are subject to availability. While every effort will be made to display accurate stock information, there may be times where stock is depleted after an order has been purchased.
We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities, supply only one part of an order or to divide orders for delivery.
Any items, prices, information, and services featured on purplebuddhaproject.com are subject to change at any time and without notice.
All product descriptions and specifications are approximate and provided for your convenience only.
Prices displayed on the Purple Buddha Project website are quoted in US Dollars. While we do our best to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. Should there be a pricing error for your order, we will give you the options of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order cancelled.
Purple Buddha Project accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Your credit card will be charged upon order confirmation.

Tax will only be charged on orders being shipped within Texas state, appropriate to the zip code of your shipping address.
Taxes and duties for orders being shipped internationally will be charged at the time of import directly to the customer, and are not included in your invoice from Purple Buddha Project.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Overnight orders must be placed by 12 noon EST on a business day in order to receive by the next business day.
Purple Buddha Project orders generally ship within 3-4 business days. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email email@example.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes.
Purple Buddha Project cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Please refer to Purple Buddha Project’s return policy below if you wish to change an order after it has been processed.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Purple Buddha Project online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.
Sale merchandise are Final Sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags and packaging intact.
Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs.
We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages.
Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 10 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.
We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
RETURN + EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
1.Before sending out your return / exchange package, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information:

Return or Exchange:
- Your Return Authorization number (RA#) will be emailed to you once we process your request; please allow up to 72 hours for processing. All requests for RA numbers must be made via email.
- Your item must be returned within 5 days of receiving your RA number.
- Print your confirmation email and include it with your package.
- Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Please write your # very visibly on the outside of the package.
- Returns will not be accepted without an RA# from Purple Buddha ProjecT
