Only half of the order received and no response from the support team

I have purchased a necklace in addition of the bracelet yet I didn't receive it. It's been one month I'm trying to contact the support team through e-mails and social media and I still got NO answer whatsoever!

I’m going to get another one. The bracelet would be a nice gift for anyone. The package is small and I cut off the edge carefully, but still managed to snip the first bag. Thank God, the bracelet is okay. I was going to reuse the bag because I’m Earth-conscious. Be careful when opening the package. Maybe ship the your products in a small cardboard box, which happens to be recyclable?

    Almost perfect

My only peeve is that the full price was put on the customs declaration so I ended up paying an extra £13 Sterling for my bracelet :(
The bracelet itself is very nice. I had to do a little repair work to the chords but nothing major
